LoginWelcome to VirtVPS. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of our range of products and services, including Virtual Private Servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and web hosting solutions.
#### 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– **General Cancellation:** Clients may terminate their services at any time. Cancellation requires client initiation, including the termination of any associated PayPal subscriptions.
– **Dedicated Servers:** Immediate processing of cancellations if due on the same day.
– **Refunds:** Eligibility for a prorated refund within the first 7 days of service, subject to certain conditions. Full refunds available if requested within the first 24 hours. Cryptocurrency payments and dedicated server purchases are not refundable.
#### 3. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate service termination and data loss. We encourage clients to contact us directly for resolution before initiating any disputes.
#### 4. Usage Policy
Clients agree not to engage in prohibited activities such as the distribution of malware, phishing, DDoS attacks, spamming, unauthorized sharing of copyrighted media, hosting illicit content, etc. Note: Offshore hosting available only with the Netherlands package.
#### 5. Account Setup and Data Backup
While we strive for instant service delivery, delays may occur. Clients are responsible for their own data backups, as we do not provide default backup services.
#### 6. Account Suspension and Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated due to overdue invoices or fraudulent activities, including VAT evasion and multiple unauthorized client accounts.
#### 7. Fair Use Policy
We offer unmetered bandwidth subject to fair usage. High bandwidth consumption impacting other clients may lead to service limitations.
#### 8. Resource and Bandwidth Fair Usage
We monitor resource usage to ensure equitable distribution. Excessive bandwidth use may incur additional charges.
#### 9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
VirtVPS is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss. We provide our services without express or implied warranties.
#### 10. General Provisions
These TOS are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for TOS violations.
